How to compensation Account executives during maternity/paternity is not an easy question.
Sometimes there are conflicting points of view on how you compensate an AE during 3 months leave, especially when 40% to 50% of the AE earnings are made up in commission.
There a lots of things to think about: quota retention, guaranteed commissions, etc…
